GROUP SIZE:
Minimum number need to
do a trek is 8 and the maximum is 12. All groups must maintain a 8:1
student/leader ratio at all times.
Individuals can sign up
for a trek. Individuals will be notified when the minimum number has been
met. However, there is no guarantee that the trek will proceed till the
minimum of 8 is met.
COSTS:
Barnabas Treks
4 day trek: $240/person
7 day trek: $420/person
PAYMENT POLICIES:
Barnabas Treks will
reserve spots for your guaranteed minimum. Final numbers must be called in
to the Barnabas Treks office 30 days prior to the first day of your trek.
You have 14-days from the receipt of your contract packet to return that
contract with the accompanying deposit. (One of Third of Total Due.)
Payments may be made by check, credit card (visa & master charge) or money
order and made payable to Ministries of Encouragement. Please send payments

CANCELLATION
POLICIES:
Final payment must be
received 30 days prior to your arrival date. Neglecting full payment 30
days prior to your adventure will result in a cancellation of your trip and
forfeiture of all monies previously paid to Ministries of Encouragement.
If you cancel your trip
30 days or less prior to your trip, you are responsible for 100% of your
guaranteed minimum. If you cancel 60 days or less prior to your trip, you
are responsible for 75% of your guaranteed minimum. If you cancel 90 days
or less you are responsible for 50% of your guaranteed minimum.
Cancellation 90 days or more from your trip date must pay 30% of your
guaranteed minimum. At the time of cancellation, any and all monies already
paid shall be forfeited Barnabas Treks.
